Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive who understands B2B sales cycles and can drive revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities in IT services and software solutions.


This role is ideal for someone who can sell value, not just products, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.



Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, and networking
  • Understand client requirements and map them to Virajo’s solutions (Cloud, VDI, Backup, Security, Managed IT)
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
  • Manage complete sales cycle: lead → proposal → negotiation → closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers



Marketing & Pipeline Building

  • Work closely with marketing team on campaigns and lead generation strategies
  • Leverage LinkedIn and digital platforms for personal branding and lead generation
  • Participate in events, webinars, and partner activities to generate opportunities



Account Management

  • Upsell and cross-sell within existing customer base
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention



Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in IT Software / IT Services / Cloud / Cybersecurity / SaaS sales (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales process
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and aggressive in closing deals



Preferred Profile

  • Experience selling solutions like Cloud (Azure/AWS), VDI, Backup, Security, or Managed Services
  • Existing network of IT decision-makers is a strong advantage
  • Ability to understand business problems and position solutions strategically
