Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design compelling creatives for:

• Project brochures, floor plans, site branding boards

• Hoardings, standees, flyers, and print ads

• Digital campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube

• Channel partner kits, launch invites, and WhatsApp creatives

• Work closely with the Marketing & Sales Team to align creatives with campaign goals

• Create brand-compliant visuals using predefined colors, fonts, and logo guidelines

• Handle multiple design formats: Static, Carousel, Posters, Reels Layouts

• Manage project files, version history, and delivery timelines

Bonus Skills

• Experience in motion graphics or reels editing

• Familiarity with printing techniques and output resolution handling

• Basic understanding of real estate buyers and their visual preferences

Strong understanding of:

• Color theory, typography, shapes, layout, contrast, and visual hierarchy

• Proficiency in:

• Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, and Illustrator

(bonus if you know InDesign, Premiere Pro, or Figma)

• Portfolio of work, preferably with real estate or property branding
