Senior Creative Designer – Real Estate

Location: Pune

Experience: 4–6 Years (must have independently handled 3–6 real estate retainer clients)

Qualification: Commercial Art / Applied Arts / G.D. Art (mandatory)

Role Overview

The Senior Creative Designer will lead visual communication, brand identity development, and campaign-level creative execution for multiple real estate clients. The role requires design maturity, strategic understanding of real estate communication, fast execution, and complete ownership of creative output.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

Lead creative direction for 4–6 real estate retainer clients.

Translate briefs into concepts and final executions independently.

Maintain quality control and guide junior designers when required.

Real Estate Branding & Campaign Design

Develop branding systems including logos, color palettes, typography, and project identity kits.

Create campaign creatives: brochures, hoardings, digital ads, social media creatives, landing page designs, and site-visit materials.

Deliver multilingual creatives (Marathi/Hindi/English) with accuracy.

Performance-Driven Design

Produce ad-friendly creatives optimized for Meta, Google, and YouTube platforms.

Understand target audience, project USP, and real estate buyer psychology.

Client & Internal Coordination

Manage creative pipelines and deadlines independently.

Participate in discussions regarding creative direction and strategy.

Maintain structured file organization and version control.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Figma.

Excellent command of layout, typography, spacing, composition, and color.

Ability to execute for luxury, mid-segment, and affordable real estate brands.

Strong conceptual and visual communication skills.

Ability to deliver consistent quality under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Basic motion graphics or animation.

Video editing for short-form content.

Experience coordinating with 3D/CGI teams.

Eligibility

4–6 years of relevant design experience.

Must have handled real estate clients independently.

Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate-specific creative work.

Degree in Applied/Commercial/G.D. Art is mandatory.
