Graphic Designer And Digital Media Specialist

Job Summary;:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Graphic Designer & Digital Media Specialist who can handle visual communication across digital platforms. The candidate should be strong in branding, performance creatives, real estate marketing collaterals, and social media content, with a good understanding of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Design marketing creatives for:

• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Google Ads & Display Ads
• WhatsApp, RCS & SMS banners
• Website banners
• Real estate brochures, flyers, hoardings & standees
• Create brand-consistent designs as per company guidelines
• Work closely with marketing & sales teams to understand campaign goals
• Edit and optimize images for web & print
• Support digital campaigns with timely creatives
• Optimize designs based on performance feedback (CTR, engagement, leads)
• Creative & Campaign SupportConceptualize visual ideas for launches, offers & campaigns
• Ensure fast turnaround time without compromising quality
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic to intermediate)
• Canva (for quick marketing creatives)
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography
• Color theory
• Layout & branding
• Digital KnowledgeKnowledge of:
• Social media creative formats & sizes
• Google Ads creative requirements
• WhatsApp & RCS marketing creatives
• Understanding of marketing funnels & CTA-based designs

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in real estate, Grapics design, digital marketing agency, or branding agency

• Ability to think from a marketing & conversion perspective, not just design
