Hiring: Female Receptionist & USG AssistantLocation: Punawale, Pune (Hospital/Gynaecology Clinic)

We are looking for a professional and empathetic Female Receptionist to join our Gynaecology practice. This role is a blend of administrative management and clinical assistance.

• Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management: Managing appointments, patient registration, and billing.
• Patient Coordination: Welcoming patients and guiding them through the clinic process.
• USG Assistance: Assisting the Gynaecologist during Ultrasound (USG) scans (maintaining patient privacy, preparing the patient, and managing reports).
• Communication: Handling phone calls and inquiries with a polite and helpful demeanor.
• Requirements:Gender: Female (Required for USG assistance in Gynaecology).
• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Nursing or Clinical Assistant background is a plus).
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge, fluency in Marathi/Hindi/English, and a caring attitude.
• Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or clinic is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate for USG assistance.
