Hotel Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive overall profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in hotel or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Financial acumen and budgeting experience
• Knowledge of hotel management software and booking systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Preferred SkillsExperience with property management systems (PMS)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Sales and revenue management knowledge
• Multilingual abilities (preferred but not required)
