*Job Title:* HR Admin Executive

*Location:* Jay Ganesh Samrajya, Bhosari

*Salary:* ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

*Experience:* Minimum 5 years

*Work Mode:* Office-based

*Preferred Candidate:* MBA in HR/equivalent

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle HR functions like recruitment, payroll, and compliance

- Manage admin operations like office maintenance and vendor coordination

- Coordinate training, employee engagement, and welfare activities

- Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting

- Support HR strategies and policies implementation

*Requirements:*

- MBA in HR or equivalent with min 5 years experience

- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and admin operations

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
