Responsible for End to end hiring for various relevant positions

Responsible for Payroll and attendance management

Responsible for Induction/Orientation and Documentation for new joiners and office agreements. 

Responsible for Employee Engagement.

Responsible for office Asset Management.

Responsible for leave Management.

Responsible for observing various departments and catering to grievances of different employees.

Responsible for biometric attendance and manual register management 

Responsible for coordinating with the finance team for various disbursements of Salary and Monthly Salary Slip.

Responsible for guiding the administration department for various admin duties. 

Manage server room and emails with respect to connecting with vendors, gate pass, clients meet or gate entries.

Responsible for doing total HR management in the office.
