HR Executive

Sailee Electrical and Solar System is looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for hiring, employee coordination, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Manage employee joining & documentation process
• Maintain employee records and HR files
• Coordinate with management and staff for HR activities
• Handle attendance, leave records, and basic HR admin work
• Support payroll and compliance documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (HR preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in HR / Recruitment
• Good communication and computer skills
• Knowledge of MS Office & job portals (Apna, Naukri, etc.)
