HR Executive

An HR Executive required who can do daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and benefits, acting as a link between staff and management to ensure smooth processes and legal compliance, implementing policies, and contributing to talent development and a positive work environment. Key duties involve overseeing hiring, conducting training, handling grievances, maintaining records, and supporting HR strategy. 

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the hiring process for new employees.
• Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, counseling, managing conflicts, and fostering a positive culture.
• Onboarding & Training: Orienting new hires, assessing training needs, and coordinating development programs.
• Performance Management: Implementing review procedures and supporting performance improvement.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administering packages, processing payroll, and managing benefits.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, updating policies, and maintaining records.
• HR Operations: Managing HR software (HRIS/ATS), handling data, and overseeing daily HR tasks.
