• Maintain employee database and documentation.

Training & Development

• Conduct induction for new employees.
• Plan skill enhancement programs for shop-floor team.
• Maintain training matrix and attendance records.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain daily attendance, OT records, leave management.
• Handle payroll inputs and employee monthly payout coordination.
• Ensure statutory compliance:
• PF / ESIC / PT / Bonus / Gratuity / Factory Act
• Maintain statutory registers & inspections

Performance Management

• Define KPIs with department heads.
• Conduct performance appraisal process.
• Reward & recognition programs.
• Employee Relations & Engagement
• Resolve grievances & maintain workplace discipline.
• Conduct communication meetings, safety week, celebrations.
• Promote positive culture & reduce attrition.
