About the Role

We’re a growing financial services startup looking for an HR Intern who enjoys working with people and understands the digital world. This role blends HR operations, employee engagement, and social media awareness, making it perfect for someone who wants modern HR exposure.

What You’ll Do

• Support hiring activities (resume screening, interview coordination, follow-ups)
• Assist in onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience
• Monitor employee engagement and help plan engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR data, employee records, and basic documentation
• Assist with employer branding activities
• Help manage and contribute ideas for social media and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Coordinate with marketing team for internal and external communication

What We’re Looking For

• Student or recent graduate in HR, Management, Marketing, Psychology, or related field
• Awareness of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and online tools
• Creative mindset with willingness to learn
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
