Job Summary UNISTAR CNC is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to handle recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong workforce that supports the company’s growth in the CNC and industrial machinery sector.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Production, and Office staff
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate final hiring
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
• Handle onboarding, induction, and training coordination
• Develop HR policies, rules, and performance evaluation systems
• Manage employee relations, discipline, and grievance handling
• Coordinate payroll, leaves, incentives, and compliance
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.)
• Support management in manpower planning and organizational development
• Promote a positive and productive work culture
