Overview: We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage our recruitment process, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for building a positive workplace culture. Along with this candidate must have social media and Video editing knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) Post job openings on platforms like Naukri, Apna, Indeed, etc. Manage employee records and HR documentation Conduct joining formalities & induction programs) Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues Assist in performance management processes Plan and execute employee engagement activities Ensure company policies and compliance are followed

Required Skills:

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)

Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Video Editing & Social Media Handling Preferred

Skills (Bonus):

Experience with hiring platforms (Apna, Naukri, etc.)

Basic understanding of labor laws

Social media Management

Video Editing Edit Reels and Shoot

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (Depends on experience)
