HR Recruiter

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter who will take end-to-end responsibility for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across functions. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders, managing job portals and social sourcing, maintaining recruitment metrics, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role specifications, and team culture fit.
• Create and post job descriptions on job portals, company career page, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Source and attract candidates using job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening (phone/video), evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview process: schedule interviews with hiring managers, follow up with candidates, and provide timely feedback.
• Manage offer process: prepare offer letters in coordination with HR, handle negotiation of terms, and ensure candidate acceptance.
• Ensure onboarding coordination: complete background verification, documentation, joining formalities, and handover to HR operations.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline/talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, cost per hire, quality of hire), and prepare MIS reports for management.
• Promote employer branding – represent the organisation positively during candidate interactions and external sourcing.
• Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to advise hiring managers
