🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Recruiter who can independently manage the end-to-end hiring process for our Business Development Executive (Telecalling & Front Desk) roles.

This position is ideal for someone who understands high-volume recruitment, enjoys interacting with people, and can deliver quality candidates quickly.

💼 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Recruitment & Sourcing

• Identify and source candidates through job portals, social media, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for continuous hiring needs.

2️⃣ Coordination & Onboarding

• Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and selection.
• Manage offer letters, document collection, and onboarding formalities.
• Ensure smooth induction and initial HR support for new joiners.

3️⃣ HR Operations & Reporting

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare daily and weekly hiring reports.
• Support HR admin tasks related to attendance and documentation when required.
• 🧠 RequirementsMinimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment (Fresher with strong communication may also apply).
• Strong understanding of telecalling, business development, or field hiring.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email, Job Portals).
• 📅 Work DetailsType: Full-time (Work from Office)
• Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
• Incentives: Additional hiring incentives per candidate closure.
