Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for various job openings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain candidate database and follow-up regularly
• Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets
• Skills Required:Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Regional language)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a target-based environment
