Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Executive with an MBA in HR and 1 - 2 years of experience to assist with recruitment and employee relations. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs.

• Screen resumes and conduct phone/in-person interviews.

• Administer skills assessments and perform reference checks.

• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up on status.

• Maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients.

• Provide candidates with company information and benefits details.

• Stay updated on employment laws and company policies.

• Liaise with employment agencies, colleges, and industry groups.

• Prepare recruitment activity reports.

• Conduct exit interviews for departing employees.

Qualifications:

• MBA in HR or related field.

• 1-2 years of HR/recruitment experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
