Position: Manager – HR & Admin


Experience: 3–6 Years


Department: Human Resources & Administration


Location: Pune



Role Overview


We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations along with administrative functions. The role requires a balance of people management, compliance, policy implementation, and smooth office administration.



Key Responsibilities


Human Resources (Core)

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities

• Handle manpower planning, hiring, and vendor coordination

• Drive performance management system (PMS), appraisals, and increments

• Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook

• Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions

• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws)

• Support leadership in organizational development and culture building


Administration

• Manage office administration, facilities, housekeeping, security, and vendor contracts

• Oversee office assets, inventory, AMC contracts, and infrastructure requirements

• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees

• Ensure compliance with local authorities and statutory requirements

• Maintain administrative budgets and cost controls



Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools

• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and leadership mindset



Educational Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

• Additional certification in HR/Admin will be an advantage



Experience

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration

• Experience in real estate, construction, manufacturing, or corporate setup will be a plus
