The Role

As an HR Executive at Finglobe Services NX, your primary mission is to identify, attract, and retain top-tier talent. You will be the engine behind our growth, focusing specifically on high-volume recruitment for Telecallers and Sales Executives. We need someone who understands the "hustle" and can spot candidates who possess the resilience and persuasion skills necessary for success in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for Telecallers and Sales Executives, from sourcing and screening to final interviews and offer letters.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media, and local networks to maintain a robust pipeline of energetic candidates.
• Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the Finglobe culture.
• Performance Tracking: Work closely with Sales Managers to monitor the quality of hires and adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
• Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
