About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Industrial Seamstress / Tailor to join our manufacturing unit in Pune. The role involves stitching and assembling high-performance adventure sports equipment using technical fabrics and industrial machines. This is a precision-driven role—ideal for someone who truly values craftsmanship, consistency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Stitch and assemble adventure sports equipment using industrial sewing machines
• Work with technical and heavy-duty fabrics, webbing, and reinforcements
• Operate industrial cutting and sewing machines safely and efficiently
• Follow detailed patterns, measurements, and production instructions
• Maintain high standards of stitching accuracy, precision, strength, and finish
• Inspect finished components and ensure strict quality control
• Coordinate with the production team to meet timelines without compromising quality

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an industrial tailor / seamstress
• Strong hands-on expertise with industrial sewing and cutting machines
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in workmanship
• Ability to work with precision-based products and tight tolerances
• Takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work
• Experience with technical textiles or safety equipment is a strong advantage
