Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive with experience in the Telecom

domain to generate leads, engage prospects, and close sales through calls, emails, and virtual

meetings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic

understanding of telecom products and services.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for telecom solutions

● Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities

● Pitch telecom products such as Internet Leased Line, Broadband, SD-WAN, Cloud,

and IT managed services.

● Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions

● Follow up with prospects to drive closures and achieve monthly sales targets

● Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM

● Coordinate with presales and technical teams for proposals and demos

● Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 1–2 years of experience in inside sales / telesales (Telecom preferred)

● Knowledge of telecom services and B2B sales processes

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

● Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven sales

● Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

● Graduate in any discipline
