Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Make approximately 200 outbound calls daily to prospective clients and deliver telephonic or online product presentations to convert leads for Offiso products and services.
2. Conduct a minimum of 50 telephonic/online presentations to acquire new clients.
3. Prepare and share quotations with clients via email and WhatsApp.
4. Follow up with prospects to arrange product demos or sampling.
5. Finalize agreements and onboard clients to initiate services.
6. Build and maintain a new client database using internet research, social media platforms, and client websites.
7. Execute email and WhatsApp campaigns for lead generation.
8. Generate leads through social media outreach and convert them into clients.
9. Prepare and submit daily activity and performance reports.
10. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
