Instrumentation Technician

We are seeking a qualified and skilled Instrumentation Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing equipment calibration, its result analysis, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation of a variety of test and measurement equipment at different type of industries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform calibration and Testing, adjustment, and verification of mechanical, electrical, electronic, thermal and flow instruments as per defined scope.
• Handle instruments like Multimeters, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Power Supplies, Pressure Gauges, Thermocouples, Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and many more.
• Interpret and apply relevant national and international standards regarding instrument calibration.
• Prepare detailed and accurate calibration certificates, worksheets, and reports in compliance with NABL requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot faults in instruments and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain and manage laboratory standards and reference equipment to ensure their continued accuracy and traceability.
• Ensure all activities are performed within the established quality management system (QMS) of the laboratory.
