• Basic technical knowledge of the respective trade
• Key Responsibilities:Assist in production, assembly, or maintenance activities
• Operate machines/tools under supervision
• Follow safety guidelines and shop-floor instructions
• Support senior technicians in daily work
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor
• Requirements:Willingness to learn and grow
• Basic understanding of tools and equipment
• Ability to work in shifts (if required)
• Good attitude and discipline

• Experience in MIG / ARC / TIG welding preferred
• Key Responsibilities:Perform welding activities as per drawings and specifications
• Ensure weld quality and strength
• Handle welding machines and related tools safely
• Carry out minor fitting and finishing work
• Follow safety norms and quality standards
• Requirements:Knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to read basic drawings (preferred)
• Physically fit for shop-floor work
• Team player with attention to detail
