Junior Design Engineer

·      Work with team and technical leads to build concept designs & develop final design for NPD.

·      Preparation of design documentation for gate reviews.

·      Work closely with manufacturing teams and suppliers to conduct DFMs.

·      Preparation of technical files for Product certifications applicable to valve industry.

·      Create / Review 3D part & assembly models, 2D manufacturing drawings, engineering BOMs.

·      Support sales & marketing literature, technical documentation like IOMs, Brochures, TDS etc.

Support sales & marketing team for new enquiries and costing

·      Experience in Valve and Damper design preferably in Butterfly valves, Ball Valves and Fabricated Dampers

·      Knowledge design standards

·      Good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials used in valve industry.

·      Strong mechanical engineering design fundamentals (static mechanics), valve domain and fabrication experience

·      Hands on experience on tools like Auto-CAD, Solid works/ Solid Edge/ Creo, ERP etc.

Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and effectively communicates with Local, Global & cross-functional teams
