Duties and Responsibilities:

* Cleaning and preparing ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, and meats
* Assisting in the preparation of dishes, including cutting, mixing, and measuring ingredients
* Operating kitchen equipment, such as blenders, mixers, and slicers, as directed
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including washing dishes and utensils
* Stocking supplies, such as paper goods, condiments, and food items
* Assisting with food plating and presentation, including garnishing dishes
* Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
* Performing other tasks as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager


Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous kitchen experience is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items
* Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
