📝 Job Description We are seeking a Digital Media & Content Executive who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling and social media. This role involves designing eye-catching graphics, creating engaging reels and videos, and managing content across various digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities - Graphic Design & Print Media

• Design posters, brochures, flyers, social media creatives, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and messaging.

• Video Creation & Editing

• Shoot and edit videos, including reels, event coverage, promotional clips, and testimonials.
• Add subtitles, transitions, effects, and branding to videos for a professional finish.

• Social Media Management

• Post and schedule content on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when necessary.
• Stay updated with current trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

• Campaign & Event Promotion
• Coordinate digital media promotions for upcoming events and campaigns.
• Assist in strategizing and executing online marketing plans.

🧰 Requirements & Skills

• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.
• Basic photography/videography skills.
• Familiarity with posting and managing content on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Creativity and a good eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

🎓 Qualifications: Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with strong portfolios can also apply).
