Laboratory Technician

Job Summary:

The Pathology Lab Technician will perform diagnostic tests, sample collection, and laboratory analyses to support accurate and timely patient diagnoses. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) as per standard protocols.
• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests under the supervision of senior staff.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure calibration, and perform troubleshooting as needed.
• Record and report test results accurately and promptly.
• Manage inventory of lab supplies and reagents.
