Laptop Salesman

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Laptop Salesman to join our retail shop. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable laptops and accessories, and achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate laptops, accessories, and software
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranties, and after-sales services
• Compare different laptop models (brands, processors, RAM, storage, graphics, etc.)
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Upsell accessories such as bags, mouse, keyboards, antivirus, extended warranty, etc.
• Maintain product display and ensure shop cleanliness
• Manage billing process and coordinate with inventory/stock team
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and basic troubleshooting guidance
• Stay updated on latest laptop models and technology trends
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum [12th Pass / Graduate – specify as per requirement]
• 1–3 years of retail sales experience (preferably in laptops)
• Good knowledge of laptop brands (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, etc.)
• Basic understanding of technical specifications (Processor, RAM, SSD, Graphics)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Preferred Qualities:Smart appearance and positive attitude
• Good customer handling skills
