Lathe Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Lathe Operator capable of operating large conventional lathes for heavy components used in forging presses, shafts, rams, flywheels, and other critical parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy-duty conventional lathe machines safely and efficiently

Handle large components such as shafts, rolls, rams, crankshafts, etc.

Perform facing, turning, taper turning, boring, threading, and grooving operations

Read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances

Select proper cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for heavy machining

Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per drawings

Coordinate with fitters, supervisors, and QC team

Maintain machine, tools, and workplace cleanliness

Follow all safety rules and shop-floor discipline
