Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns on:

Facebook & Instagram Ads

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL)

Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and copies

Coordinate with team to create high-converting landing pages

Improve conversion rates through testing forms, headlines, and call-to-actions

Set up and manage tracking tools like Meta Pixel, Google Tag, and conversion tracking

Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality feedback

Scale campaigns that generate quality leads and pause low-performing ones

Run remarketing campaigns for website visitors and old leads

Track daily and weekly performance metrics:

Cost per Lead (CPL)

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

Conversion Rate

Prepare performance reports and suggest improvement strategies

Ensure leads are correctly captured and pushed into CRM

Support automation through email, WhatsApp, and SMS follow-ups

Help improve lead response time through better data flow.

Analyze competitor ads and market trends

Identify new audience targeting opportunities
