Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesShipment ExecutionPlan and execute daily shipments as per order schedules
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery tracking
- Prepare shipping documentation (invoices, labels, manifests, etc.)
- Packing OperationsSupervise and perform packing activities as per company standards
- Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit
- Maintain packing materials inventory
- Vendor CoordinationCoordinate with shipping vendors and courier partners for pickups and deliveries
- Negotiate rates and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies with vendors
- Inventory & Stock ManagementUpdate stock records in the system on a daily basis
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock audits and replenishment
- Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of shipments and inventory
- Generate daily/weekly reports on dispatches and stock status
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
- Good knowledge of shipping processes and inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (ZOHO)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Key CompetenciesAttention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Preferred Qualifications (Optional)Experience with e-commerce logistics
- Familiarity with courier aggregators and shipping platforms
- Working ConditionsMay require extended hours during peak periods
