Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities, ensure smooth logistics coordination, and maintain efficient communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations and logistics activities
• Ensure timely vehicle placement, dispatch, and delivery tracking
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and clients for smooth operations
• Handle documentation, billing, and data entry related to operations
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle utilization, and route efficiency
• Resolve operational issues, delays, and escalations promptly
• Maintain records and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Required Skills:Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability
• Basic understanding of logistics/transport operations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Qualification:Graduate in any field (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in operations/logistics (preferred)
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in transport/logistics industry
• Good knowledge of routes, fleet handling, and vendor management
• Immediate joiners preferred
