Roles and Responsibilities Design and development of Materiel handling equipment like scissor lift, dock ramps, goods lift, VRC, Conveyors, Special Purpose Machines, Fixtures for Assembly Automation,

Converting the concept into 3D models Converting the 3D model into 2D drawings , Core cavity formation, sheet metal designing and detailing,

Preparing BOM , Technical Manuals, Test Charts, Good in GD&T and Engineering design standards.

Proficiency in Solid Works & AutoCAD. Knowledge of manufacturing and material selection Knowledge in industrial automation systems - conveyor design and automation equipment is preferred,

Knowledge in application of Pneumatic devices,& hydraulics . Ability to accept customer design feedback and improvement suggestions and brainstorm with parallel functions Desired Candidate Profile Proficiency in SolidWorks Part & surface modeling, Creating assemblies,

Overall experience of 2+ years. B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering Or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Exposure to ISO documentation will be and added advantage Must be a good team player & a fast... Key Accountabilities: • Detailed mechanical design work including 3D modelling , calculations and design verification • Create ‘value engineered’ design solutions against agreed technical specifications for all projects

• Produce 2D drawings, detailed assembly drawings and bills of material • Identify potential product improvements and support implementation • Liaise with relevant person(s) to ensure that customer requirements are understood and interpreted correctly • Support other departments notably Purchasing, Production and Project Management • Management of own workload to ensure target design deliveries are met Desirable: • Knowledge of fabrication, machining and assembly techniques • High level of experience in a ‘special purpose’ machine design role Personal Attributes: • Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude to maintain Relationships with people • Excellent attention to detail and a right-first-time attitude • Excellent organizational and planning skills to meet agreed project timescales • Willingness to adopt a hands-on approach when required • Strong verbal and communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure • Ability to think ‘outside the box’
