Mechanical Designer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer with hands-on experience in SolidWorks to design and develop high-quality fittings, hoses, and related components. The candidate will work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure precise, efficient, and cost-effective product designs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D models of fittings, hoses, and mechanical assemblies using SolidWorks.
• Develop and modify technical drawings and product designs as per project requirements.
• Work on design optimization for manufacturability and performance.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation for new products.
• Assist in prototype development, testing, and design validation.
• Maintain design records and update design revisions as needed.
• Ensure designs comply with company and industry standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory).
• Good understanding of mechanical design principles, tolerances, and materials.
• Experience in designing fittings, hoses, or hydraulic components is preferred.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
