Job Title: OT Nursing Staff Organization: Pentagon Hospital, Wakad, Pune

Job Description:

Pentagon Hospital is seeking qualified and experienced OT Nursing Staff to support surgical procedures and ensure smooth operation of the Operation Theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures
• Prepare OT before surgeries (instruments, equipment, and sterile environment)
• Maintain strict asepsis and infection control protocols
• Handle surgical instruments and OT equipment safely
• Assist in patient preparation, transfer, and post-operative care
• Maintain OT records and documentation
• Follow hospital policies and safety guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
• Experience: 03- 05 year experience in OT nursing staff
• Knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization, and safety standards
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure

Salary:

As per hospital norms (based on experience)
