Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1. Office Maintenance & CleanlinessMaintain cleanliness of office premises including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and general housekeeping duties.
- Ensure pantry and office supplies are properly stocked.
- 2. Tea & Refreshment ServicePrepare and serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.
- Assist during meetings by arranging refreshments and cleaning afterward.
- 3. Administrative SupportAssist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
- Deliver documents, parcels, and other materials within or outside the office.
- Support office staff with minor clerical tasks as assigned.
- 4. Inventory & SuppliesMonitor stock of office supplies and inform management when replenishment is required.
- Purchase small office items as directed.
- 5. Other DutiesOpen and close the office as per schedule.
- Assist visitors and guide them to appropriate departments.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
