Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and proactive Operations Executive to supervise, manage and coordinate daily transportation activities. The candidate will ensure smooth fleet operations, timely trip execution, cargo safety, documentation accuracy, and communication with drivers, customers and internal teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily vehicle deployments, trip planning and route scheduling
• Monitor vehicle movements, trip status and ensure timely deliveries / returns
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, fleet owners and internal teams
• Manage diesel allocation, fuel reconciliation and expense tracking
• Ensure proper documentation (LR / e-way bill / challan / delivery notes)
• Maintain live updates on loading/unloading status, delays, breakdowns and incidents
• Handle operational challenges such as vehicle shortages, breakdowns, closures and follow-ups
• Maintain MIS reports for trips, diesel, payments, vendor bills, PODs etc.
• Assist with billing, trip closure and documentation for accounts
• Ensure compliance with safety, vehicle legalities and company SOPs
• Maintain discipline, driver reporting and escalation controls
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime
• Required Skills & ExperienceMin 1–3 years experience in logistics / transportation operations (preferred)
• Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of routes, vehicles (trucks/trailers/LCV) and transport processes
• Basic understanding of diesel management & trip costing
• Ability to work in pressure / dynamic environment
• Proficient with WhatsApp, Excel, transport software or GPS tracking tools (preferred)
• Problem-solving mindset with sense of ownership
• QualificationGraduate / Diploma (Any field)
• Logistics or transportation background preferred but not compulsory
• Work ConditionsMust be willing to work on shifts and weekends (if required)
• On-field coordination may be required depending on operations
