Operations Executive

Job Description – Executive (White Collar Operations.

Position Title: Executive – White Collar Operations 

Department: Fulfillment (White Collar Division) 

Reporting To: Head – White Collar Fulfillment  

Location: CAIT Edusys Pvt. Ltd. Head Office 

Employment Type: Full-time 

Key Responsibilities 

• Handle candidate registrations and updates on NAPS and NATS portals accurately 

and within deadlines. 

• Maintain and regularly update internal databases, spreadsheets, and trackers to 

ensure data accuracy and consistency. 

• Support client-facing teams with data collation, formatting, and sharing for 

reporting and operational purposes. 

• Prepare and share periodic status reports related to registrations and data 

updates. 

• Respond to internal and external queries regarding candidate registration status, 

documentation. 

• Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as assigned. 

• Attend Weekly/Monthly Meetings, write MOM, assigned action items to respective 

stakeholders. 

Key Requirements 

Education & Experience 

• Any graduate from a recognized university. MBA in HR / Operations/ Analytics 

Preferred.  

• 3 to 5 years (in HR, Vendor Management, Client Success Role, Client Facing role) 

• Prior experience in vendor management or client-facing roles is a must. 

• Familiarity with government apprenticeship policies, NAPS/NATS, and corporate 

upskilling frameworks. 

• Experience in Data Management is essential. 

Skills & Competencies 

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, online video conferencing 

tools, and other office productivity tools. (Must Have) 

• Ability to work with large datasets and perform accurate data entry. 

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and one regional 

language (Must Have) i.e. Marathi and Hindi. 

• Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with different teams. 

• Experience with NAPS/NATS portals or in similar operations roles is a plus. Else 

we will train.
