Role Overview

We are seeking Phlebotomist and Pathology Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for blood collection (Phlebotomy) and for performing routine and specialized laboratory tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect blood sample from patient using the standard protocols.
• Prepare, process, and analyze samples.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Prior experience in pathology or diagnostic laboratories preferred.
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety standards desirable.
• Handle patients for blood collection.
