Job Title: Lab Technician / PhlebotomistLocation: Pimple Saudagar, PuneJob Type: Full-timeJob Description:We are seeking a male Phlebotomist for corporate sample collection, home collections, and in-lab procedures at our diagnostic center. The ideal candidate should be skilled in phlebotomy techniques and have experience in handling TMT (Treadmill Test), ECG, and basic computer operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform blood sample collection for corporate and home visits.
• Conduct ECG and TMT tests as per medical guidelines.
• Ensure proper sample labeling, handling, and transportation.
• Maintain records and update patient details using the lab software.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols as per NABL standards.
• Coordinate with the lab team for timely sample processing and reporting.
• Requirements:Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or Certified Phlebotomy Training.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in phlebotomy and diagnostic procedures.
• Hands-on experience in TMT and ECG is a must.
• Basic computer knowledge for report entry and record management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a two-wheeler for home visits (preferred).
• Male candidates only as per the role requirement.
