Placement Officer

3RI Technologies is one of the Pioneer Online / Classroom Training Institute in Pune.

We are currently looking for a Placement Officer for our organization. Objectives:

· To provide career services to candidates

· To establish an effective network and rapport with the Industry and leverage this engagement for placements and internships.

Duties And Responsibilities

· Build and maintain relation with existing and prospective employers

· Look for job opportunities for the students on various portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.

· Understand corporate requirements for internship and final placement opportunities for candidates

· Explore opportunities to engage with the industry on live projects

· Shortlisting candidates for the relevant job openings, forwarding their profiles, and Following up with the recruiters

· Organizing resume building , Soft-skills, Mock Interview sessions for the students

· Identify key personnel and host them for guest lecture/ campus-connect activities

· Conduct career seminars and workshops in association with industry-institutions

· Explore LinkedIn to engage with new employers.

· Prepare weekly / monthly/quarterly reports about outreach activities.

Skills Required

· Must be proficient with excel and maintaining sheets

· Proficient LinkedIn user

· Well addressed with Corporate Communication Ethics and email writing

· Proficient in Data Management

· Excellent verbal and written English

· Must be target oriented

· 2 or more years of relevant experience preferred
