Presales Executive

We are looking for a Pre Sales to join our team at Benci International Academy Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. • Key Responsibilities:Handle regular inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Provide detailed information about products/services to clients.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution and lead management.
• Prepare and share reports on daily/weekly/monthly performance.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
