Presales Executive

1. Handle incoming leads from online portals, Data Calling, marketing campaigns, and referrals.

Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and buying intent.

Maintain and update lead information accurately in the CRM system.

2. Client Interaction & Coordination

Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain project details and features.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, or messages.

3. Support to Sales Team

Share qualified leads with the sales executives and ensure smooth handover.

Assist in preparing sales presentations, brochures, and other pre-sales materials.

Provide necessary client insights and data to help close deals.

4. Data Management & Report

Track and report lead status, conversion ratios, and daily activity reports.

Maintain communication logs and ensure call customer touchpoints are recorded.
