Job Title: Pre-Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryThe Pre-Sales Executive supports the sales team by understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, and demonstrating how products or services meet client needs. This role bridges the gap between technical solutions and customer expectations, helping convert leads into successful sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demos.
  • Provide detailed information about products/services and how they solve client problems.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor offerings.
  • Coordinate with technical and product teams to customize solutions.
  • Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs, and client queries.
  • Support lead qualification and follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Maintain documentation of client interactions and requirements.

Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations.
