Production Engineer

Sankalp Steeltech Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Production Engineer to manage and monitor daily production activities related to steel processing and robotic laser hardening operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, optimizing processes, and coordinating with the operations and quality teams to meet production targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
• Monitor robotic laser hardening and steel processing operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and design teams for smooth workflow.
• Prepare production plans, schedules, and daily/monthly reports.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and company policies on the shop floor.
• Handle manpower allocation and guide operators and technicians.
• Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or issues.
• Maintain production documentation and records.
