Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to oversee and manage our machine manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the entire production process to ensure smooth workflow, high quality standards, and timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage production teams efficiently while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities.

* Lead and supervise the manufacturing team and ensure efficient workflow.

* Ensure machines and equipment are manufactured as per design, quality, and delivery timelines.

* Monitor production processes and improve efficiency and productivity.

* Coordinate with design, purchase, and quality departments.

* Maintain production records and reports.

* Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machines.

* Implement safety and quality control standards in the manufacturing unit.

* Identify production issues and resolve them quickly.

Required Skills:

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Good knowledge of machine manufacturing processes

* Problem-solving and decision-making ability

* Ability to handle production planning and scheduling

* Good communication and coordination skills

Experience:

Minimum 3–7 years experience in manufacturing or machine production management.

Education:

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
