Production Manager

Production Engineer Requirements' 

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, or related field is preferred.

l Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) accreditation or other relevant certification is advantageous.

l Diploma, Graduate or Postgraduate with technical background (BE/B. Tech/M. Tech)

l Proven experience in the domain of production planning and control.

l Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

l Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software.

l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

l Excellent organizational and time management skills.

l Effective communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

l     Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products. Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations. 

l Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.

l Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labour required for production.

l Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in project.

l Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labour, and equipment availability.

l Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.

l Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.

l Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
