Job Description
To lead and manage end-to-end production operations ensuring machines are manufactured with highest quality standards, delivered on-time, and meeting customer specifications and safety compliance.
Lead a team of supervisors, technicians, welders, fitters, electricians, painters.
Train workforce on SOPs, 5S, lean methods & safety.
Monitor performance, discipline, and skill development.
- Prepare monthly & weekly production schedules based on orders.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials.
- Coordinate between Design, Purchase, Stores, Production, and Service.
